Your safari begins with an early morning pick-up from your residence or preferred hotel in Nairobi at 8:00 AM by your professional driver-guide. After a short safari briefing, depart for Ol Pejeta Conservancy via the scenic central Kenya highlands.

Along the way, enjoy a photo stop at the Nanyuki Equator Crossing at around 10:30 AM, where you'll have the opportunity to take memorable photographs while standing on both the Northern and Southern Hemispheres. You may also enjoy a brief demonstration of the Equator phenomenon by local guides. Continue through the picturesque landscapes surrounding Mount Kenya before arriving at your camp or lodge in good at around 1:00 PM. After check-in, relax and freshen up as you wait for lunch to be served, before heading out for an exciting afternoon game drive. You will proceed for the game drive at around 3:00 PM and have to a chance to experience what Ol Pejeta has to offer.

Ol Pejeta Conservancy is East Africa's leading wildlife conservancy, covering approximately 360 square kilometers. It is renowned for its exceptional wildlife conservation efforts, breathtaking scenery, and one of Kenya's highest densities of wildlife. The conservancy is also home to the world's last two remaining northern white rhinos and East Africa's largest population of black rhinos.

What to Expect:

Your guide will make strategic stops for wildlife viewing and photography while sharing fascinating insights into Ol Pejeta's pioneering conservation programs, wildlife, and ecosystem.

After the game drive, return to your camp/ lodge at around 6:00 PM for dinner and an overnight stay.

Start your day with an early morning breakfast at approximately 7:00 AM, before checking out of the camp or lodge. Depending on your departure time, enjoy a short morning game drive as you exit the conservancy, offering one final opportunity to spot wildlife and take in the spectacular views of Mount Kenya on a clear day.

Thereafter, begin your journey back to Nairobi, travelling through the scenic central Kenya highlands. A brief stop will be made en route for a self-sponsored lunch before continuing the journey.

Drop-Off

You are expected to arrive in Nairobi in the late afternoon, where you will be dropped off at your residence, hotel, or preferred location, bringing your Ol Pejeta safari to a close. Reflect on an unforgettable adventure filled with remarkable wildlife encounters, inspiring conservation experiences, breathtaking views of Mount Kenya, and memorable moments at the Nanyuki Equator Crossing.
